[turba] search not working preferences addressbook

Hi all,
I'm using Turba 1.2.1 and a preference-based addressbook (didn't change
the sources.php preferences-baased section from the default).
The problem is search doesn't work and always shows all the contacts.
Horde preference backend is ldap, and works well for all the rest.
Can someone please help me out?
