[turba] Allowed memory size exhausted error browsing local sqladdressbook

It turns out this user has a ton of entries in his local addressbook that I
converted from the Turba 1.1 version. He has 4,456 records. I am not sure if
I need to limit the records displayed per page, or fix a memory-related
issue with relation to PHP or PEAR.

I read some of the threads on the proposed size limit for searches, but am
not sure if this logic needs to be applied, or if there is some other
memory-related problem with my config. 

Any tips on how to handle this would be appreciated.
