[turba] Allowed memory size exhausted error browsing localsqladdressbook

This issue was solved by increasing the memory size limits in php.ini which
for FreeBSD is located in /usr/local/etc.

These are the settings I am currently using:
upload_max_filesize = 20000000000
memory_limit = 8000000000
post_max_size = 8000000000
