[turba] Problem with Turba (CVS build)

Hi,

I'm using CVS version of Horde (17.12.2003 ver.) with a couple of 
modules. One of my users is having problems with Turba. When he opens 
the Address Book and tries to browse his Address Book then instead of 
listing he gets this error message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in 
/www/horde/turba/templates/browse/contactrow.inc on line 43

As I said it only happens to one of the users. When I delete his entries 
  from SQL then pressing browse does'nt produce the error message. But 
if I add a new entry to his Address Book then the error message is shown 
everytime he clicks Browse.
I have tried different versions of Turba and the error appers in every 
version. What can I do about this? Is Horde keeping some settings in 
connection with Turba that are not in horde_categories table in SQL?

Other software info is as follows:
PHP 4.3.4
Apache 1.3.29
