[turba] Turba 1.2.2-RC1

Do you guys think maybe you could fix the attributes.php / sources.php
disparity in the .dist files?  The error described at
http://www.horde.org/faq/admin/trouble/index.php#t63 is something that the
default config files raise quite a few examples of without any help from the
user.
