[turba] bottom index line [(A)(B)(C)...]

hello!

i'm using HEAD version for horde/turba/hermes/whups/kronolith

one thing that annoyes me is that this bottom line always shows up!

i use several sql addressbooks for different tasks...and one holds
names starting with a number...those entries are not being displayed
with my current setup!

what i'd like to have is that all records are displayed (maybe just one
page) and sorted by name...

is there any possibility to disable the index line at all?
