[turba] pager toggle option

I know this is currently under discussion, but I'd just like to add my vote to
have an option to disable alphabetic paging (to toggle numeric paging, anyway).
It's much more difficult now to browse for contacts manually, as opposed to
searching for them by name, which we can do anyway.
