[turba] problem displaying search results

I'm running CVS HEAD of turba (as well as horde and imp and ingo).  I've
done some CVS updates lately and have noticed a problem displaying
search results from either a "localsql" addressbook or from our LDAP
directory.  

In a nutshell, I can see that the query is executed, but when browse.php
attempts to display the search results I see something like this:

    Records displayed: [1 to 0 of 24]

In other words the query that I ran found 24 "hits" but the display
mechanism is displaying only items "1 to 0" (an empty list).

As I mentioned above, I see the same behavior whether I'm searching a
personal addressbook or our LDAP directory.

I'm not seeing any errors in my apache logs or in my "horde logs" (I'm
logging to syslog).

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated!
