[turba] Turba 2.0-ALPHA

[Oscar Plameras]

I used default setup. With default setup I get IMSP
messages. I do not want IMSP. I had a look at where I can
switch off IMSP. Can't find any in conf.php. 

Where can I set to not use IMSP ?
