[turba] CSV Importing

I just want to make sure it's the system, and not my setup since I modified
config/attributes.php

When I goto import a file similar to the one attached, for some reason
Company is the only field that doesn't automagically get mapped in the
pairings.  So I map it and then it is the only field that doesn't get
imported.

It actually seems as if any user created mapping doesn't get imported.  I'll
submit it to bugs if I know it's not me (Since I've been hacking away on a
bunch of stuff recently).
