[turba] IE Error on Page when adding or edit contact

Hello,

IE generates an error when I add a new contact I get an error on page with the
following information:

Line: 94
Char: 1
Error: 'document.horde_from object' is null or not an object
Code: 0
URL: /turba/add.php?...

If I edit an existing contact I get:
Line: 96
Char: 1
Error: 'document.horde_from object' is null or not an object
Code: 0
URL: /turba/edit.php?...

Mozilla does not have any problems with these actions.
