[turba] Frameset title

I just noticed that when I click on my new application (created from
Skeleton) from the menu in Horde, it keeps the title of the previously
viewed page, but when I view the properties for the frame that my
application is running in, it shows the right title.

Somehow, other applications are updating the frameset page's title
when you click them in the menu, but mine's not... how is this done?
