[turba] admin can't import or browse

Hi,

I use Turba 1.2.2, imp 3.2.5, mysql 4.0.20,

I configured a public address book, read only, no export.

The user configured as admin can delete, add etc.. but also can't export, or browse.

is this normal, and if so, can i change it.
