[turba] Possible to use exchange personal contacts?

Jody,

If you have the ldp.exe program, that can help you debug the dn you need
to use to get access to the address book.

You will probably have to look through the turba code where it tries to
connect to the exchange server and then do the steps by hand.  

I haven't done this for using the address book, but used it to figure
out that my exchange server didn't have anonymous access to look at the
directory.
