   Failed to access the address book: Bind failed: (-1) Can't contact LDAP server

I have no "personal ldap" configured, only the verisign/bigfoot/netcenter 
ones ... but, which one is causing the error?  Is it possible to include 
source name in there, so that debugging is easier?
