[turba] Problem with: add a new contact

I have just installed horde and turba and I'm not very familiar with these
things. I have problems with Turba! When I tried to add new contact, there is
coming a message 
"There was an error adding this object. Contact your system administrator for
further help." 

I think, that there will be a simple solution for this problem. Can anyone
suggest some common solutions for this kind of problem?
