Hi! Thought it should be brought to your attention that  CSV supports a
comma between First and Last name.  Horde's CSV import utility offers only
'Name' in its' add pair field.  This makes importing very difficult, as
there is no automated way to get around a comma between the first and last
name.  Please consider adding separate fields for 'First Name' and 'Last
Name' fields.  Thanks for your consideration.
