[turba] Turba upgrade to 2 cant see contacts

Hi,

Looks like the field object_type is missing from the table. Ive
commented it out in the sources.php.

However it now lets me add but wont list the contact :(

Check if what you have in your DB is the same what you have in the
create
scripts.
