[turba] Turba 1.2.5 - HTML Special Characters

I recently upgraded from Turba 1.1 to 1.2.5 and noticed that 1.2.5 does 
not seem to render HTML Special Characters correctly any more.  In 1.1, 
accent marks and the like were rendered as such, but in 1.2.5 they are 
not rendered properly.

Any suggestions?
