[turba] upgrade problem

Under the administration page for horde (must login as an admin user), when
you set up the config file, one of the options has a drop-down box to
specify another application to do authentication.

Actually, I am having trouble finding that option on the new install.  
I know I have it set up that way on the old one. Where is it? :)
