[turba] Missing contacts?

Contacts stored via MySQL wind up missing briefly, then return after the
reloading the page. I'm neither a PHP nor MySQL guy, so I don't know why
exactly this happens, and moreover, I've never witnessed it myself, I'm
only hearing this second hand from customers. Has anyone had a similar
experience? I would report a bug, but as I said, I've never recreated
it.
