[turba] shared addressbook problem when adding contact information from vcards

This is a bug in Turba.  More specifically in the Turba_Driver::add()  
method.  It's not accounting for the case where __owner is not set and  
we are using a user-created share.  I'm tracking down and will have  
committed shortly.
