[turba] Problem with Turba 2.0.5

Hello

with the 2.0.5 release the settings of the addresslist doesn't work 
anymore. If you want to change the settings for the list display you 
can only choose the columns for the first addressbook. With all others 
the column list is empty.
Switching back to 2.0.4 with the same settings show the correct results 
for all addressbooks.

Any hints what to change.
