[turba] Name format option for client addressbook

I am using LDAP server as turba backend. I would like to apply  
'lastname, firstname' format option only for my personal addressbooks.  
My client addressbook (I need it in Hermes module) uses objectclass  
'pilotOrganization' and there is no reason to switch the order of 'o'  
and 'ou' attributes (usual organization and department) when browsing  
my client addressbook.

Any idea how to avoid this order changing when browsing addressbooks  
without lastname, firstname attributes?
