[turba] Duplicate additions

I'm trying to upgrade our cluster to the latest versions of horde,  
imp, and turba.  I've patched everything to the current stable  
versions but I'm having problems with turba.  When I add a new  
contact and click save, the screen does not change (ie there is no  
success or failure message).  When I click on "Browse" I see no only  
that the entry was added, it was added TWICE.

I've installed turba from scratch and the problem still exists. do I  
need to reinstall horde from tarballs for this to work properly???
