[turba] Turba H3 (2.1) (final) after patch addressbook icon gone

Hi,

After IMP and turba patch (Successfully), the little address book icon 
in the Compose (New Message) window doesn't appear.

Also little bit disappointed the browse icon has gone that use to list 
entire address book contents.

Other than that all is looking good, well done horde team.
