[turba] Unable to edit Shared AddressBook

   After recent upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1, I utilized the script that
came with turba distro to migrate an existing 'public' Turba address
book to the Horde_Share based.

   With the following settings, I no longer able to edit/delete any
records in the MySQL database.  All the records are viewable only

   Has someone experienced similar situation?

   'public' => true,
'readonly' => true,
'admin' => array(''),
'export' => true,
'browse' => true,
'use_shares' => true
