[turba] can't setup shared sql address book

Some more information, please.  Is this HEAD or release code?  Can you  
check the contents of $shareNames after line 396?  What does your  
datatree contain if you look in  
administration->DataTree->horde.shares.turba->localsql (or whatever  
the name of your SQL source is)?
