[turba] AD Ldap issue - Fixed

Based on information that HP had given us in order to get some older
4100 MFPs to work with 2003 AD, I changed Turba to point to port 3268
(Global Catalog Service) and it now works. Seems there are some older
implementations of LDAP that choke on AD2003, and that is the work around.
