[turba] Failed Accessing the DB

Hi Michael,

Thanks a lot.
Yes I see that the DB setting in Horde in not correct.
Just forgotten to set to TCPIP instead of SOCKET.
Normally Socket will also working but anyway. I am
able to connect to it right now.
