[turba] Some of Turba's configuration files are missing or unreadable

Hi All,
	  I am getting " Some of Turba's configuration files are missing
or unreadable
mime_drivers.php" error. Even though mime_drivers.php file is present,
turba is throwing this error. 
The file can be viewed from vi editor and it looks fine. I don't
understand why is that not readble from turba.
 Has anybody faced this situation ?
