[turba] Undefined index: charsetin /usr/opt/IAE651/usr/internet/horde/turba/lib/Driver/sql.phpon line 423

Hi,
    I have an entry,
				$conf['sql']['charset'] = 'iso-8859-1';
     in horde/config/conf.php. But still I am getting this error.

You didn't set the 'charset' parameter for the SQL configuration in
Turba or Horde.
