[turba] turba and multiple contact box with kolab

Hi,

I'm using horde/turba with kolab2 server and I can see only one contact 
directories, the INBOX/Contacts one. But I can't see the other one (like 
INBOX/example).

How can I see multiple contact source in turba ?
