...and here is the link to the mysql upgrade script for 1.1 -> 1.2.

So, if your upgrading from 1.1 - which it seems like you are -   
recreate the db using your original 1.1 mysql script - can be found at  
http://cvs.horde.org/co.php?sa=1&r=1.4.2.2&f=turba%2Fscripts%2Fdrivers%2FAttic%2Fturba.sql

then import your date, run the 1.1 -> 1.2 upgrade script followed by  
the 1.2 -> 2.0 script.

Hopefully this will solve the problem...
