[turba] Non english name in Turba 2.1.1

Hi

After upgrading to Turba H3-2.1.1, I found that all
non english name (supposed to be in big5 encoding)
which can be displayed in Turba 1.2 became garble.
Even adding a non english name directly from IMP 4.1.2
(by clicking the address book icon) resulted in all question
marks ("?") in the Name field in Turba.

Does anyone get the same problem? It sounds like that either
mysql or Turba is not handling UTF8 or big5 encoding well.
