[turba] Non english name in Turba 2.1.1

You may try exporting the data out into CSV format text and read them back
using notepad and use save as and select UTF-8 encoding.
Import the data back into turba.

Make sure that your turba backend supports UTF-8 data storage and default to
the same charset.
