[turba] Birthday before 1970 not saved

Grabbing at straws here but does it have something to do with
localization??? Maybe you're entering the date 01-01-1970 (for 01 Jan 1970)
and the systems thinks (Jan 01 1970) so when you do 31-12-1969 (it thinks
month 31 day 12 year 1969)??? Or some variation of that...
