[turba] Question about turba features

In the newest version of Turba for Horde 3.1, I want to do the following:

1. Have no field called 'name', instead I have
'lastname','firstname','middlename'
2. Sort by multiple criteria.

Are these features available?  If so, how do I implement them?  I didn't see
them in the FAQs or the documentation or by a quick googling.  Maybe I didn't
look closely enough.  Any advice is appreciated.
