Regarding the error:

Nonexistant class "Horde_Form_Type_addresslink" for field type "addresslink"
[line 146 of /home/www/htdocs-secure/horde/lib/Horde/Form.php]

In the turba/config/attributes.php file the 'type' should be 'address' not
'addresslink'.  

According to the docs the choice for type should be one of the following:

                 - spacer            - header
                 - description       - html
                 - number            - int
                 - intlist           - text
                 - longtext          - countedtext
                 - address           - file
                 - boolean           - link
                 - email             - emailconfirm
                 - password          - passwordconfirm
                 - enum              - multienum
                 - radio             - set
                 - date              - time
                 - monthyear         - monthdayyear
                 - colorpicker       - sorter
                 - creditcard        - invalid
                 - stringlist

At least this is per the curent stable version, I have not checked the CVS so if
I am incorrect flame away ;>
