[turba] User's comments

Hello Michael Rubinsky,

thank you for your helpful comments.
However, this has raised another question.

My question pertains to Turba H3 (2.1.3).


In the Administration/Setup/Turba menu, there is the field:
> Comments
> * Can users comment on contacts? 

My questions are:
- How can users enter their comments?
- How will they be displayed?

Though I have activated this option, I cannot find any means of entering
a comment, neither in the contact/edit form, nor in Turba's menu.
