[turba] Maximum size of text in a "text" box

Good morning, all.

My turba database includes a "notes" field that is of type "longtext" 
and points to a mysql field of type "text".

I'm pretty sure this was part of the default turba record before I 
started hacking it.  :-)

My question is ... how much text can a mysql "text" type hold?  Is 
there a way, a config parameter perhaps, to increase the limit?  What 
happens if the limit is exceeded, i.e. someone happily types away in 
the "notes" box and exceeds the limit without realizing it?
