[turba] Import not working for comma-separated lists

Hello,

after having issued (as root) the command
>  pear install File
I got this repsponse:
> downloading File-1.2.2.tgz ...
> Starting to download File-1.2.2.tgz (15,796 bytes)
> ......done: 15,796 bytes
> install ok: channel://pear.php.net/File-1.2.2

Yet, horde/test.php persists in announcing:
> File: No
> Horde will require the File class when importing CSV files.

An Apache restart does not change anything.

What should I try next?
