[turba] Address Book defaults to showing only A contacts

Hello,

I am using the latest stable horde components.  When I click on  
Address book, I only see the A contacts by default instead of all  
contacts when going into My Address Book.  My defaults are set to  
browse.  I thought there was a fix to this, but I couldn't find  
anything browsing the MARC archives.  Hopefully, this makes sense to  
someone that can steer my in the correct direction.
