[turba] Create Address Book failed

You need to configure Turba and tell it what backend to use when 
creating new shares.  This is done in Administration->Setup->Address 
Book (Turba)->Name of source for creating new shares.  You should fill 
this in with the name of the back end source that your address book uses 
(defined in sources.php).  For example, 'localsql'.
