How to change the Character Set and the Collation from default ( utf8 )
to big5 ?

Dear All,

After install and config the turba package with IMP...
The is a problem about the Character Set ( Collation ) with DB Server ( 
MySQL )...
So, which php files ( config ) need to be the following :

SET NAMES 'big5';

PS : Due to the default collation from the MySQL ( DB Server ) is using utf8.
