[turba] Help Request - vcard import - with special characters - german "umlaute" - äöü

Hi Experts,
some time ago I´ve installed Horde+Turba ... Today I have updated to the
latest version of turba 2.1.4
Is there a way to import vcards with the german special characters "Umlaute
- ö - ü - ä". I have tried it in different ways, but
without effort.

For example, if I have the following vcard:

BEGIN:VCARD
VERSION:2.1
N:Götz;Georg
FN:Georg Götz
END:VCARD

And import it into turba, it will be shown like:

G?, Georg

Any hint? Idea?
