[turba] There are no clients which you have access to (TURBA and HERMES)

1.- With separate address book:

$conf['client']['addressbook'] = 'hermesclient';

and add entry 'hermesclient' in sources.php .

2.- With  "Alternatively, if you are using Turba 2.1 or higher and are
using shared address books, you can do this" (wiki):

Log in Turba with "fcfm" user and create "Clientes" Address Book, edit
permissions, look in datatree id for "Clientes" Address Book and set:

$conf['client']['addressbook'] = 'localsql:a308dfba0a29bc9f93924d1ec85ace9d';

Also it tries with:

$conf['client']['addressbook'] = 'localsql:fcfm';
$conf['client']['addressbook'] = 'localsql:Clientes';
and
$conf['client']['addressbook'] = 'localsql';

but I do not work.
