[turba] new list creation

Hi to all,

I have Turba 2.1.4

How to create a new list of contacts ?

I select a contact, "Create a new list of contacts in" - "My address
book", then click on "Add" ; yet a windows opens to type in the new list
name, I enter the name, and then, nothing happens

My turba's config.php :
