[turba] Address Book description

Using 10/14/2007 snapshot

Appears that the description field in horde_datatree_attributes is  
confused. The descriptions were not visible in the "My Address Books"  
screen after conversion. Adding the description manually worked. The  
difference was the horde_datatree_attribute attribute_name was  
"description"  - but as input from the screen was "desc"
