[turba] Setting up and using additional Contact Lists

This is the name of the source that you want to use when your users  
are creating new address books.  This is the key of the $cnfSource  
array for your share enabled source (for example, 'localsql').  It's  
necessary in case there are multiple share-enabled sources available -  
as we allow creating new address books in only one.

Not sure off hand if that affects it or not, give it a try after  
fixing above and report back...
